Simple bouquets can be checked for the nearest slots, but personalized wording, number balloons, and event decorations are safer with earlier booking. We confirm the exact timing after cart or contact.

02Can I add my own message and color palette?

Yes. In quick view, product pages, and the cart you can add wording, colors, date, time, and extra notes. We confirm the final scope before fulfilment.

03How do delivery and pickup work?

We handle Warsaw and nearby delivery plus atelier pickup after the date is agreed. Larger installations are planned individually with logistics and setup.

04Do I pay immediately?

First we collect order details, timing, and address. After checking the data, we create the WooCommerce order and redirect you to secure payment.

05What about larger event decorations?

Shop products are a useful starting point. For walls, arches, company decorations, or larger scenography, send an inquiry and we will quote it individually.
